By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing;

All items sold by Ember Vintage are either vintage, preloved, or one-of-a-kind luxury pieces.

Due to the nature of vintage fashion, items may show minor signs of wear, which will be clearly detailed in the product description.

Please read descriptions and view images carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or minor imperfections.

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged (outside of described condition), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We take pride in sourcing quality vintage and luxury items. While many of our pieces are designer, Ember Vintage is not affiliated with any luxury brands featured. Authenticity of designer items is carefully considered during curation.

All payments are securely processed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options.

Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We ship Australia-wide (and internationally). Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.

Tracking is provided on all orders.
